This policy explains how RoomNights Hospitality ("RoomNights", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit roomnights.in, contact us, or use our tools such as the Patron owner dashboard, the Patron Android app and RoomNights Channel Manager.

Information we collect
- Enquiries: when you fill in our contact form, call, email or WhatsApp us — your name, phone number, email, property name, city, number of rooms and anything you choose to tell us.
- Hotel partners: property, rate, inventory, booking and revenue information that you share with us or enter into our tools so that we can provide our services.
- Guest booking data in our tools: when partner hotels use Patron or the Channel Manager, guest details needed to record and manage bookings (such as name, contact number, stay dates). We process this on behalf of the hotel.
- Website usage: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived, collected through Google Analytics using cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare your revenue review or proposal.
- To deliver our services to partner hotels, including OTA management, B2B distribution, reporting and revenue audits.
- To run, secure and improve our website and tools.
- To send service updates. We send marketing messages only if you have agreed, and you can opt out at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only where needed to provide our services — for example with online travel agencies, travel-agent partners or hosting and analytics providers acting for us — or where the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry and partner information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
Security
Our website and tools use encrypted connections (HTTPS), password-protected accounts and role-based access. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by writing to partner@roomnights.in. We will respond within a reasonable time, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
