A Hotel Channel Manager Built for Indian Hotels
Update your rooms and rates in one place and keep every channel in step. RoomNights Channel Manager is our own platform for independent hotels, homestays and small chains — now in pilot with our managed properties.
What a channel manager does
Every room you sell on one platform has to disappear from all the others — otherwise you risk overbookings. Every rate change has to reach every channel at the same time — otherwise rate parity breaks. Doing this by hand across four or five extranets is slow and error-prone, especially in peak season.
A channel manager connects your inventory and rates to your sales channels so one change updates everything. RoomNights Channel Manager is designed for the way independent hotels in India actually work: simple screens, rate plans that match Indian OTAs, and support from the same team that manages your revenue.

Current status: pilot
RoomNights Channel Manager is currently in pilot. Direct connections with the major OTAs are going through each platform's certification process, which is required before any channel manager can push live rates. Until a connection is certified, our team manages that channel for you through its extranet — so properties we manage don't have to wait to benefit. Ask us which connections are live for your property today.
Common questions
Direct OTA connections are being certified one platform at a time. Contact us for the current list of live connections before you switch.
We recommend one channel manager per property to avoid conflicting updates. During the pilot we can work with your existing channel manager and manage pricing for you.
The pilot is focused on properties we manage. Independent hotels can contact us to join the waiting list.
